19 Dec PGF Insulation at Penang Green Summit 2025: Supporting Penang’s Sustainable Energy Vision
PGF Insulation was honoured to participate in the Penang Green Summit 2025, organised by the Penang Green Council under the theme “Moving Towards Sustainable Energy.” The summit brought together government representatives, industry leaders, and sustainability practitioners to discuss Penang’s journey toward energy transition, low-carbon development, and sustainable innovation.
A key highlight of the event was the visit by YAB Chow Kon Yeow, Chief Minister of Penang, to the PGF Insulation booth. We were privileged to engage directly with the Chief Minister and share how our solutions contribute to energy-efficient, low-impact construction. The visit underscored the importance of collaboration between industry and government in advancing Penang’s sustainability agenda.
At the exhibition, PGF Insulation showcased Ecowool insulation and our Temporary Noise Barrier system, demonstrating their roles in reducing energy consumption, improving thermal comfort, and managing environmental impact on construction sites. These solutions support greener building practices while addressing real-world challenges such as heat transfer and noise control in urban environments.
The summit reinforced the shared commitment across public and private sectors to build a more sustainable future for Penang.
